This is a reupload. My original posting had been edited too many times and it was causing issues with what title people were seeing.

As stated in the description for the original video, Qaromashop are contesting the technology used in this vape. In fact, QShop has a history of claiming his IP was stolen based on extremely weak evidence: O'Connell Woodworks was accused of having redesigned his TKO device in TWO DAYS in order to steal from QShop's Taroma Lite design. The evidence QShop used to defend this accusation was tantamount to poop soup. I for one will be treating any claims of IP theft by QShop with a high degree of skepticism.

A Brief Breakdown of the Dispute:

-Neither side has publicly produced any type of contract or legal document that would speak to any legitimate IP ownership.

-Qaromashop claim that they provided a concept for a portable Taroma 360 to EGL for development into a technology that could be considered a precursor to the 2-Con. They claim that after they tried to back out of the development deal, EGL blocked them and walked away with the technology, later releasing the 2-Con.

-End Game Labs claim that they and QShop had an existing development relationship, during which time they developed several products, one of which being the aforementioned technology. EGL insists that it provided the sole funding, engineering work, materials, time and labor in developing QShop's concept into a product, and the business relationship soured when they refused to allow QShop to put its logo on the device, while having had no hand in its development, either financially or physically.
------------------------------------------------
My Two-Cents:

In a dispute like this, where a shit ton of smoke and mirrors exist, and one side is playing the public angle (EGL), while the other side is playing the corporate angle (QShop), I am of the opinion that the truth lies somewhere in between. Moreover, I'm not sure there's a court of law anywhere on the planet that would side with QShop in agreeing that they own a technology, having only provided a concept, and having provided no other development force. I tend to think the lion's share of ownership would be awarded to the company that had the largest hand in bringing the technology into existence. You can dream up a spaceship, but can you fuckin' build it?

The 2-Con is an excellent device, drama be damned. I've been using it reliably for weeks, and it's just a kick ass little powerhouse of a vape.
