UPDATE: I eventually won this game with an expansion victory, taking out blue, green, and then orange. All three races used the same kinetic/deflect ship build that they never changed, which made it trivially easy to counter with my beam-missile/deflect build.
(I also won the other game I showed at the end with a wonder victory, building 5 of the structures enabled at the bottom of the research tree)
