ENFJ: Exhausted?

You’re an ENFJ, which means you’re always going to want to help others—and that’s awesome! But what’s not so awesome is when you burn out and forget to take care of yourself.

That’s why it’s so important for you to develop a ritual for yourself that involves time for solitude, darkness, meditation, or whatever else helps you feel like the best version of yourself. When we have a set time every day where we’re not doing anything but being present with ourselves and our thoughts, it helps us feel more grounded and connected with ourselves. This can be hard for ENFJs because they are often so focused on taking care of others that they neglect their own needs. But if you make this part of your routine and make sure it happens every day, even if it’s just for five minutes at first, then over time it will become easier for you to fit into your day without feeling guilty about taking care of yourself!
