Abstract: Traditionally introductory differential equation course content focuses more on techniques to solve differential equations than modelling aspects. To address this gap, one approach is to incorporate modeling projects into the curriculum. In this presentation, I will share implementation of such projects in a differential equation class conducted over two semesters. I will share some examples of the projects, how it was conducted and share some highlights.
