We go from a game with little story to a game with myths and legends to cram down your throat! Into a world of a moving painting with a smart ass white wolf who just happens to be a god of sunlight. I'm still confused to this day about what Okami means. I know kami translates to god, and I've seen that something like like -no-okami translates to the great god, but okami itself doesn't.
