Entire Alien Romulus Prequel Explained - So This Is How The Compound Z01 Was Left On The Station!
Okay, so who all here isn’t a fan of the dreadful slavering Xenomorphs? Don’t bother asking us because we are nothing but complete suckers when it comes to these exceedingly hostile endoparasitoid extraterrestrial species! Starting from movies to comic books and now an upcoming television series joining the Alien bandwagon, any time we have any of these mediums feature these highly vicious predatory creatures, we can hardly keep our levels of enthusiasm in check. Therefore, one can only, and may we add, possibly imagine our extent of excitement when we heard there is more to both Ridley Scott’s Alien and Fede Álvarez’s Alien: Romulus than meets the eye. Marvel Comics’ one-shot tie-in comic book, also titled Alien: Romulus, written by Zac Thompson and illustrated by Daniel Picciotto, not only serves as the definitive prequel to Álvarez’s movie by setting up the events of the film and adding more to the existing Alien mythology but it also gives a rather fitting end story to Scott’s Alien’s iconic Xenomorph.
