βΆ The Thumbnail doesn't have to be relevant but the title is all only that matters. If I switch games multiple times, it would be annoying to switch thumbnail at the same I switch game

βΆ Stream Delays are normal, It never is 100% real-time. No Stream has been full real-time Something has to be first before second. The shortest delay is 2 seconds, Integrated Delay for Better Video quality and prevents Stream-Snipe.
