Epic 8-Bit NES themed Minecraft Rollercoaster! Bubble Man Style! #minecraft #megaman #8bit
334In honor of one of my favorite videogames of all time, Mega Man 2, I'm attempting to make an 8-bit tribute roller coaster in Minecraft. My goal is to make a themed roller coaster based off of each of the 8 Robot Masters (Bubble Man, Heat Man, Wood Man, Crash Man, Flash Man, Metal Man, Air Man, and Quick Man).
The Bubble Man roller coaster was the first boss that I decided to do when I started this project. Why? Well to me out of all the Robot Masters of Mega Man 2, I would say Bubble Man's theme song is my favorite. It's the boss theme song that I hum the most. Bubble Man was also the first boss that I remember selecting when I first played my copy of Mega Man 2 (he was not however, the first boss I defeated). I remember struggling to time the jumps with the falling platforms in the beginning, getting introduced to the underwater physics of Mega Man 2 and promptly killing myself with the spikes above me, and hating life because I couldn't for the life of me avoid getting damaged by the shrimp bots.
