Epic Battle Fantasy 5: Miniboss Rush (Epic Mode - A.C.E.)
0Not difficult to be honest. I like the strats that I use in each fight since each one represents a different approach to the challenges the game throws at me.
Chibi Knight
Not a problem in the slighest. You need to have the equipment necessary for the next fight and just use whatever attacks you want to kill her since she is not weak to anything in particular.
Blaze Hydra
This fight is one of the few where not being able to see the enemy current hp is a big problem, since you need to kill all heads within two turns, otherwise they will regenerate. When I first fought this thing weeks ago I was using a notebook to take note of how much damage I was doing to each head in order to correctly distribute damage, that ended up not working so I was forced to seek another strategy, and the one I found was not good, it was amazing. Virus counters the Blaze Hydra so hard it is almost ridiculous, it does a lot of damage evenly, it infects each head quickly and it allows you to focus solely on surviving the attacks that each head do. Very easy to do, just remember to have equipment to resist their most powerful attacks as well as instadeath resistance.
Super Chibi Knight
Shes weak to Bio Damage and that means that Poison and Virus stall is the best way to defeat her. Also not a problem, just make sure to Syphon the Amethyst Golem since that will prevent it from doing its more annoying attacks.
Zombie Hydra
Since this variant of the Hydra can't be damaged by Bio or Fire Damage that means that passive damage is out of the question. Holy damage is the best way to deal with them and you can just attack each head alternately until they all die. Tired is also another very good status against them since it will lower their accuracy so you will not have to worry that much about damage or the instadeath attacks, and also lower their evasion, something that also deals with the heads boosting their evade when they are decapitated.
Ultra Chibi Knight
This fight is honestly very interesting due to the fact that if you know how her AI works it is then an extremely easy fight, otherwise it can be very tricky and difficult to do. To explain better what I just said, Ultra Chibi Knight can do elemental attacks and boost her stats, becoming more and more threatening as the fight goes on, but if you inflict Berserk upon her she will only do her normal slash attack, which is 100% Holy, so if you have Holy resistance then the damage she does can potentially be 0, sure you still need to worry about the counter spell but that is nothing compared to the raw damage she can deal. Overall very easy fight if you know this.
