Epic CANCELED this 3D platformer when it sounded THIS GOOD?! đ§

This is the cancelled Jazz Jackrabbit 3D demo with OpenAL Soft's HRTF [IRC_1037 tables] through the DSOAL wrapper. I've never been familiar with this series, but when I saw Civvie 11 cover this Unreal Engine 1 prototype recently, I knew it had to have 3D sound support. The audio is a lot better than I first thought. It turns out this game has a reversed Y axis, so you have to set reverse-y = true in your alsoft.ini. The binaural soundscape actually is about on-par with Unreal, which is impressive.
By the way, please do appreciate this recording...it took THREE full wasted attempts before I lucked out and got this footage. I should also point out that I could NOT get the 1.3c fan patch to work whatsoever. It would just crash when trying to start the campaign.
