0I played this on Normal Difficulty. If your build is strong enough you can one-shot him. In the case you didn't kill him in one shot, you can do a follow-up attack with other skills right after the ultimate skill was delivered.
Another thing to keep in mind is not to let him hit you with his charge attack, not only because this can hurt real bad on harder difficulties but he will also call on his minions and you have to kill the healers "again" if he summons them.
Also this may cause him to go on "bug mode" where he keeps running in place and while he is in this state, he is invincible. If this happens, you can intentionally make yourself get hit by his attack to get him out of this bug. As of version 3.2 this bug still exists.
You can also do this tactic on Hard, Hell and Abyss difficulty but you have to repeat this process over and over until his HP comes down to zero.
