This is by far the longest and closest match I've experienced against the most difficult available AI in the game. I'm just a noob so I can't multi-tasking like the pros. Keep in mind, it doesn't matter what you do, the AI is basically cheating (extra resources + vision of your base + one other that I can't remember). It's pointless to harass their workers since they have bonus resources and always build anti-air turret at their base. The most effective strategy has always been the turret rush but I didn't like playing that way.
