Steam Next Fest Demo Gameplay

Erenshor is the kind of game that ought to appeal to me, because while I certainly enjoy MMORPGs I don't always have time to enjoy them. Erenshor takes that idea and tosses you into a world that's exactly that, a MMORPG but as a single player game instead. It's a really cool idea, but I felt the concept falls a bit flat for me. As someone who has played a variety of MMOs ranging from Ultimate Online, Asheron's Call, World of Warcraft, The Old Republic, and a slew of others - it's easy to identify the parts that make me most interested in the idea. Erenshor unfortunately doesn't capture any of my favorite parts of an MMO, and therefore isn't a world I imagine I'd be coming back to.

Still, it is an ambitious idea that is certain to appeal to some people I think.
