We have an important update regarding the Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield—Chilling Reign Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box you recently ordered.
The Sword & Shield—Chilling Reign Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box was intended to include a total of 10 Sword & Shield—Chilling Reign booster packs. Due to an error in manufacturing, the product you receive will include a total of eight (8) Sword & Shield—Chilling Reign booster packs.
As your trusted source for official and premier Pokémon merchandise, we’re disappointed in this error.
We are unable to replace the Sword & Shield—Chilling Reign Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box with a version containing 10 booster packs. However, should you decide to keep this product, Pokémon Center will provide you with all of the following at no additional cost due to this inconvenience:
