ESA's Massive Info Leak Screw-up is Damaging Beyond Belief

The ESA, the organization that runs the largest gaming convention in North America, has allowed a list of 2000 press and media contacts to be available on the internet.
Needless to state, this is a nightmare for both the company and every individual that was on this list, as it now makes them susceptible to doxxing, death threats and more. We're talking about full names, email addresses, home addresses, and even phone numbers.

This is a complete mess and one that isn't going away easily. I hope the ESA has some good lawyers, they're going to need them.
Lastly, the ESA regulations are pretty straightforward when it comes to the info they collect. They do take the following:
