Battlestate Games, the developers of Escape From Tarkov have released a statement via Facebook earlier today in which they discuss their recent spurious DMCA strikes against the YouTuber and Twitch Streamer Eroktic. In that statement they further admit their own violation of DMCA Copyright Law.
