In this video, my character is attempting to activate either Relentless Focus or Resolving Vigor while jumping. Prior to this patch, I have been able to activate abilities while jumping with little to no problem. Within PVP jump rotating allows for a smooth routine that acts as a semi animation cancel without fully cancelling the animation; similar to light attack-bar swapping. Even though you cannot see it on my abilities bar, I am continuously spamming either of the two abilities stated above. You might see that the abilities will occasionally activate, however, it is nowhere near reliable. Also note that this jump bug is not effected by my combat abilities; it targets buffs and active effects but still effects by spectral arrow when I attempt to fire it. My hope is to get the word out so that this may be fixed cuz it is ass. Thank you.
