ESO Dark Brotherhood, "Mercenary Group Bug, Honest Work Quest Start". Beginning this session I found a small Player group battling unseen opponents. Behind them was an NPC Mercenary. However, no response to E. None of the Players had Nameplates or interaction. With /reloadui, after the ghost group and Mercenary were gone without a trace, leaving a deserted farmstead. Apparently all an instancing bug.

I left the area. Later I discovered a Dark Elf NPC Raynor Vaynos standing in front of a building with his sister. My dialogue with them led to starting the Honest Work quest.
