Elder Scrolls Online has a very welcoming and positive community, as far as PVE content goes. Having played World of Warcraft for 10+ years and switching to ESO, I had a very positive and pleasant experience with the overall player base.

I haven't touched on the community surrounding the PVP scene, since tensions in that type of content will always be higher, the risk of losing will bring out the worst in most people (I'm guilty of this myself), so what I'm sharing is based off of everything non-pvp.

Not exactly sure if I was just lucky to mostly meet awesome people or it's a general feeling towards new players, but I'm having a blast and a way better time in the Elder Scrolls Online community bubble, than in World of Warcraft.

Please understand that all these videos I create are simply to share what my personal experiences have been like and what new players should expect.

There will always be negative / toxic people anywhere in the world, I just feel like ESO has a huge population of amazing and friendly folks to take you in.
