The first espresso shot using the new beans that are barely a week old. I am expecting the following parts to be better.

Excellent extraction! Tiger striping, blonding, and mottling. Airy cos of the freshness.

Satisfying and decent extraction. One of my best shots!

It tasted very fruity and smelled great, too!

Locally roasted - COSTA RICA TARRAZU, Single origin (Roasted in MA: possibly on 2/6/24, best by date 2/6/25) BBP, 19 Second grind time, lowest temperature, default double shot extraction, grind setting 4.
