"it's not really risky - it's free. It is in fact what I would do, to get an edge, if the Demand tile cooperates (and I would have failed - I don't win very much).
A nice big pile of money in the first space is great, if Accountants get involved - it's the best to spend money from. Not to mention, you may have more capital in the 2nd round of the game.
