Update: 2018-05-16 - as of today the drop rate seems to be nerfed big time here. I farmed for 20 minutes and only got 6 Essences as opposed to the 10 I got in about 5 minutes in this video. I'm pissed.

Confirmed for these three types of essences. I haven't tried for others yet.

Air: Silithus 33, 28
Water: Swamp of Sorrows 18, 59
Undeath: Eastern Plaguelands 59, 34
