So the difficulty on sea quest bosses can kinda vary depending on which NPCs join you for the fights. Regardless Meregho Saeno is imposing but not too terribly difficult. It can hit with a dangerous claw attack for roughly 40-50 damage and has the ability to confuse you with the most dangerous skill being the Volt Wing that hits your front line.
This boss can be fought as early as level 5 but I waited until Level 10 because... I forgot.
Anyways as for how to go about hurting the boss well he's weak to both Ice and Pierce while resisting only lightning. He's also not immune to any status ailments so you could instakill him with petrification or... death.
