One of my more favorite strategies to develop due to how Golem's AI works.

Golem's AI works like this.
If it gets hit by an elemental attack the previous turn it has a 79% chance to cast Reflection and a 21% chance to cast Sledge Hammer on the back row. As it loses HP it starts reading what attacks you've queued up and will change its attacks if you have an elemental attack queued. When it's below 81% health it has a 5% chance to cast Reflection and a 95% chance to cast Sledge Hammer on the back row. At 51% and lower this changes to 10% and 90%. And at 31% and lower it's 40% and 60%. When it's at 51% HP and lower it will use Regen on turns that are a multiple of 5. As for its normal attacks it has a Normal Attack which targets the member with the lowest HP, Sledge Hammer which has normal targeting rules, and Rock Hammer which also has normal targeting rules. As Golem loses HP Sledge Hammer and Rock Hammer have an increased chance to be used whereas the Normal Attack gets a decreased chance. And for the first time it gets kill it will revive at half of its HP.

Using all this I made it so that everyone is at 1 HP and the Protector is at full HP. On the first turn if it uses a Normal Attack it will target the Sovereign in the back row due to its targeting, and if it uses any of the other to it's guaranteed to target the Protector. Using this targeting manipulation I'm able to get guaranteed uses of Front Command on turn 2 and 4. The Protector uses a Boosted Ally Shield to be able to keep itself and the Sovereign alive. On the next turn it still has the same chance to do each move so the Protector does the same thing while a Ronin feeds it a Medica II to have guaranteed full HP. On the third turn since the Golem was hit with an elemental attack on the previous turn it'll use Reflection or Sledge Hammer. Protector Break is used here to protect against Sledge Hammer without losing HP. On the fourth turn it will have a very small chance to cast Reflection which I sadly don't have a way to play around so this is the only point of failure with this strategy. Otherwise it will use Sledge Hammer on the Back Row and since Protector no longer has boost it will die but I have a Nectar to revive them. Turn five is a completely free turn due to Golem needing to use Regen and turn six is also free due to being able to kill it before it acts. It is able to cast Reflection on turn six but it doesn't matter due to only the Shogun's attack being elemental and it's guaranteed to be dead by the time it lands. After the Golem Endures it is no longer immune to Instant Death leading to Issen being able to kill it instantly. Using this I can kill it on turn 5 but I extend it to turn 6 to have a way more consistent kill but Issen Instant Kill ended up procing anyway.
