As the Brexit deadline looms, some EU citizens living in the UK are struggling to get settled status, despite having lived in the UK for several years.

JOE spoke to two EU citizens who have not only struggled with the system, but criticise it for being unfair and discriminatory.

Brandon Lewis MP, Minister for Immigration, defends the Home Office's position.
