Description:
Kyo and Jarret are crewmates on the Blue Crest mercenary ship, where they do odd jobs and enjoy the seafaring life. One day, they are tasked with recovering their captain's antique coin, which is wanted by both petty thieves and the church.

0:00 Retsi Kidnapped
The Oragibe knight, Naitsabes, invaded Terraja and kidnapped Retsi. He mocks Jerret for being expelled from the knight academy for being headstrong, though he implies that he actually used his connections to expel or even kill anyone he doesn't like. He threatens to kill Retsi if Jerret doesn't give up the coin, but kidnaps her anyways once the coin is given up.
4:18 Lance's Employer
Lance is getting his pay docked because he failed to retrieve the other coin, but his boss isn't too worried about that coin. This is because his boss is Hyo himself, who stole the coin from Athena because Lance failed to do so.
6:30 Athena as the Leader
Athena is too distracted by her father's death to perform her duties. She finds a journal showing that the bishops struck a deal with the king of Oragibe. They were to develop a secret weapon to defeat Acir-ema and turned Hyo into a superhuman. Unfortunately, the process drove Hyo insane and made him dependent on the coins to live. I didn't realize this at first, but Elbram must have known that Kyo was housing Hyo and actually sent him to accompany Athena to the tower on purpose. He intended to seal Hyo/Kyo in the tower, but that plan failed because Elbram took a fatal attack for Athena. We also learn that Hyo can teleport, which explains how he met up with Lance so quickly.
Speaking of Hyo/Kyo, he shows up outside the room and Athena still seems to think they're in different bodies. They form a party again, but Athena is the party lead on the map.
Don't do any serious grinding yet.
14:12 Jarret Rejoins
Go to Terraja to find Jarret, who survived the soldiers' attack. He will rejoin because he heard that Athena and Kyo are going to Oragibe, and he might find his sister there. However, he doesn't share his goals with the rest of the team.
18:09 Lance Rejoins
At Triptophia Wharf, Lance rejoins because he needs our help in paying for the ship fare. It costs 20 per person, so you may want to do some grinding.
21:00 Charity Mission Complete
I have no idea how much I donated, but it was apparently enough.
21:40 Ship to Oragibe
Surprisingly, no sea monster tried to attack us. We can even pay for a ride back if we need to.
24:24 Oragibe Continent World Map
The Basin Overpass is closed off.
There's a mine nearby with new minerals.
27:43 Eucnal
At the entrance, Hyo takes over and threatens a man because the latter mentioned Anna, which Hyo mistook for Anastasia. Why isn't the party putting Hyo/Kyo in a straightjacket?
You can do some quests here, like giving a musician a banjo in exchange for the package for a different quest. There is also a man who wants elemental veils. However, you can't enter the coliseum until you try to enter the Valley of Thieves and get Lance's request to return to the city.
At the arena, you can challenge a strong old man to a fight.
36:44 Boss: Old Master
I couldn't steal or learn anything from him, even when I reloaded. I wish there was a guide for this sort of thing.
He has a lot of powerful AOE spells and can lower your stats. You'll need to cast some of Lance's support spells to survive.
41:19 Rest of Coliseum
You can challenge a duelist here. Again, I see no need to increase my money or food limit yet.
The coliseum owner has the watch that Lance wants to give to Luhar, but will only give it up if we beat the lowest arena rank.

I still can't learn lore skills. Do arena enemies not have lore?

Additional arena ranks are now unlocked.
49:23 Taking Care of Quests
I went to retrieve the other veils from the carnival. I also delivered the package to the dock director at Terraja.
