Europe reactivates sanctions against Iran for violating the nuclear deal | Indigo Report
3France, Germany, and the United Kingdom have begun the process of reinstating the economic sanctions the UN had lifted on Iran due to its nuclear program.
The decision comes amid tensions following the suspension of IAEA inspections and weeks before the expiration of the 2015 Nuclear Deal.
The United Nations Security Council will meet to discuss the implementation of these measures, while Iran rejects the legality of the decision and the United States supports the Europeans.
