TL;DR - where will you end up in a fleet if you join by the advert?

This video is a remake of my summer'19 video about this mechanic. i added in a few more cases for clarity, plus tried to keep much of the unnecessary fluff out of it.

the theory is simple: top wing CO will garner any new members, and a top squad CO will garner any new members (cumulative with a wing CO but not overriding one in another wing)
in a nutshell:
what affects squad join: highest (topmost)
what doesn't affect default join: boss & fleet CO
squad CO is trumped by wing CO, a wing CO is trumped by a wing co + squad co.
I don't do math very well, so i could be incorrect in my logic, but that's the basic theory of the exact mechanic.

okay, maybe the theory is totally complex. but, i can bury two myths: 1) that you join the most recent squad created. 2) that you join squad 1.
Both are false.
