meeeehhhh...i dunno. i'm going to have to massage my rules about this and guess that instead of a point system maybe it's not only point system but variable as well. let's say maybe 12-15 ships also based on point but augorors worth 2 omens (arbitrators/ashimmus worth 1)...and cruors being an edge case that 1 point will summon 1-2? cruors. dunno. *shrug* obviously this is based on a cruiser spawn type not battleship (for defense fleet) and weighted for 3 leshaks
