glare crust is worth 515.52isk/m³ vs clear at 267.35
1 unit of glare has as much ozone as ~95 units of clear

the ratio of glare to clear in a fresh field is 399 vs 2990 units of clear.
So the suggested method of avoiding cherrypicking is to mine 7.5 units of clear for every glare you mine. seems fair. if you had 4 miners out one laser one glare is perfectly fine.

the official policy of Exxitium is to avoid mining glare till the very end. i'm hoping to reach a compromise so that hard working ice miners don't go to sleep and someone else comes in and finishes off the belt (and the glare with it)
