ERRATA: overview tabs/brackets won't affect the blackscreen issue

how to lessen the undock blackscreen and subsequent lag. The former is most notable the first time you undock a character on a client that has logged on for the first time after DT.

seneschai = fresh logon; minimal brackets/overview
minorfreak = fresh logon; maximum brackets/overview
hereticus = alt had undocked after DT; minimal brackets/overview
majorfreak = alt had undocked after DT; maximum brackets/overview
