and yet again the man from wer4 is treating Ivy League like a guinea pig. most likely because i suspect they're behind BlackFlag's rather impressive 3 month war against him...at least from an objective observers point of view it seems 1+1. But that's based on a very limited data set, and there could be no reason for it. *shrug*
anyways, it appears that wer4 alliance was able to wardec Ivy League twice in less than 2 weeks...not only that be able to avoid having the dropped corp (with the HQ) be destroyed by somehow enabling that corp to also get a wardec cooldown for some reason.
the guy is obviously an ex-Dev.
