TL;DW - I recommend going with 3 high grade and 3 mid grade Ascendancy, for the best economical route, with (for the miasmos at least) tech 1 versions of the hyperspatial rigs, and tech 2 versions of the iStabs.
As for the Viator, i'd just go full warp speed. I mean, it be nice to have a 2.96 align time but your sig radius isn't an interceptors so forget evading instalockers that way.

Okay, so what's better? well, according to a hands on experiment with different modules/implants it looks like full warp speed gets you to jita & back faster than any other combination. On the other hand you're really only saving like 20-25% travel time for a Viator (whether that directly proportional for other ships with the same gear/implants is something for another time)

the key to this is a hidden attribute that isn't on CCP's metrics: Warp Acceleration. You'll notice this best when arriving at a star gate; Warp speed also deals with how fast you come out of warp, when arriving at your destination.
now, i did 6 tests with the viator.
original fit - https://youtu.be/i-H787m4Ciw
max warp speed - https://youtu.be/TH4aonCLutw
max align time - https://youtu.be/eW2_2gWyrtU
hybrid ascendancy - https://youtu.be/MUq__SW0hlU
hybrid nomad - https://youtu.be/qP-S6qYH_ks
stripped (control) - https://youtu.be/NpmJJY0QQLs

What i'll be dealing with in the current tests is which scenario is best for on grid warping.
10:58 stripped miasmos start
16:08 stripped miasmos finish (11 warps)

CONCLUSION: the hybrid were the most economical and fastest for miasmos. therefore a hauler using such will benefit from this when travelling back and forth to jita (and the time for max warp speed isn't that much greater, by about 10 seconds one way trip 28 jumps from bash-jita)
