I played PES 2016 on PC, like PES 2015 graphical fidelity is closer to Xbox 360 / PS3 counterparts instead of Xbox One / PS4 version. It's safe to assume that they want it to run on low spec PCs but they didn't give an option for next-gen graphics. My video shows both unmodified and modded gameplay, you can distinguish them by turf color. Greener turf means it's modded. PES 2016 was more enjoyable than PES 2014 and PES 2015 combined for me. I think PES 2016's gameplay speed was very balanced and weak goalkeepers were like a fun factor. Playing PES 2016 in 2022 made me regret not playing this game more in 2015-2016. I wasn't really enjoying PS4 era PES games back then but now after playing PES 2021 regularly, it grew on me. I still didn't like both PES 2014 and PES 2015 but PES 2016 was a blast.
I will continue with PES 2017 but before that, I might have a surprise football game video. Keep an eye on my channel next week.
