The Heretic Unabridged Randomized Challenge combines two things:
Heretic Unabridged - This mod/wad takes the original levels and adjusts them to be one gigantic level, like a hub system.
The randomizer is from the Custom Doom mod - for this run, I've selected randomized weapon AND enemy damage, as well as speed.

To use them both, you must select one, then the other, and drag onto the GZDoom app - the order you do this matters to load future save games!
