4Evercade Alwa's Awakening Cathedral Unboxing and Opening Gameplay! You will not find two better games on this system! Cathedral is the first game made to play natively on the Evercade, which is very cool. All other games require the use of emulation. I have spent about 10 hours in Cathedral and I still have just cracked the surface of the game. It reminds me of Shovel Night, though a little more punishing. Alwa's Awakening is the 8 bit version of the game and is breath-taking. The gameplay starts out easy and quickly builds to a challenge. Beware of getting lost in either game, as they are definitely Metroidvanias! Unfortunately, Cathedral is not playable with sound using the HDMI. This is a total bummer because I do not have the Evercade Vs. Other than that you can not do wrong with this awesome collection for only $20, which would cost nearly twice this if purchased on the Nintendo Switch or Steam! Enjoy and Happy Gaming!
