Starting out my new group. procedural selection randomly assigned us to Qeynos for our starting area.
The Ruleset...
Self-Sufficiency: No receiving items or gold from other characters.
Random Starting Cities: Characters will go to a random starting city that is friendly to their race after getting Mercs from POK. - The randomly selected starting city for this group is Qeynos
We can use mercenaries. we can enter POK for the purpose of getting mercenaries and only for that purpose prior to "unlocking" Planes of Power.
Defiant Gear: Cannot use defiant gear; can sell it to NPCs before Luclin and via the bazaar once Luclin is unlocked.
Expansion apropriate Gear: Only use gear from unlocked expansions.
Era-Correct Quests: Only do quests appropriate for the unlocked content.
Keys and Flags: Obtain required keys (one character) and flags (all characters) as needed. No level-
based access to zones requiring keys until after the next expansion is unlocked.
AA and XP: Lock XP to 100% AA at the max level for the current expansion, spend AA only on tradeskills until Luclin unlocks, then enable auto-grant.
Expansion Unlock: Defeat 2 raid bosses from the expansion's raid achievement, or complete a hunter achievement for a high-level zone. Other high-level group achievements can also unlock the next expansion this will be clarified in the future and will vary based on the expansion.
Bazaar Purchases: We can purchase expansion-appropriate gear from NPCs. we can also purchase from the bazaar once luclin unlocks.
