In Magic chess go go, the player is represented by a mascot called a commander. The level of the commander determines how many heroes can be deployed onto the board, as well as the quality of heroes that can be obtained in the shop. Higher commander levels allows players to deploy more heroes, and increases the possibility of getting heroes of higher quality. Commanders also have unique skills, ranging from skills that directly increase the abilities of heroes on the board to skills that can give valuable resources including equipment, gold and even free heroes. In this video, I will be classifying every commander in MCGG into different categories based on the effects of their skills, similar to what I did with the GG cards. In doing this, it will be much easier to compare the effectiveness of different commanders, as well as provide guidance to the choice of commanders for building different lineups.
