With Hogwarts Legacy 's release date coming in a few weeks, we have seen two gameplay previews about how the combat will work. In this Video, I breakdown exactly how the Combat in Hogwarts Legacy works including:

- Ancient Magic / Combos
- The Darks Arts
- Battle Arenas

The Quality of the combat in Hogwarts Legacy will be a really important factor in how enjoyable the game will be. Personally, I think that from everything we've seen so far, the combat in the game looks really good. There are over 16 spell slots available and using the correct spell to break shields and achieving high combos to activate your Ancient Magic Abilities, will make the fights interesting and hopefully also challenging.
