This is a benchmark for Unigine Valley. It was recorded using NVidia's Shadowplay. My final score is slightly lower than if I was not using Shadowplay, but it is still higher than what I'd get using MSI AB to record. You'll still lose anywhere from 2-5 fps while recording, but it's much better than the 5-8 fps you'll lose while using AB.
