My luck with the GTX 750 ti and Far Cry 3 had me wanting to try Far Cry 4. It took me two days, but I figured out how to get shiny, "popping" visuals and keep a near constant 60fps frame rate.

Settings at the 3:55 mark.

Obviously, I couldn't run ultra for everything, or even "high". I suggest staying away from the presets if you don't have a stout graphics card. I chose these settings for the game to pop and run smoothly at the same time. If I wanted to nitpick, yes, I'd like better geometry in some places, but putting the textures on Ultra makes about 30% of everything on your screen pop at any given time, so it still makes a nice contrast. (except in caves... Caves do not look as good as the outdoor segments on my settings / rig)
