When this game was announced more than a year ago, I assumed it would be a cheap cash grab for the few people still interested in the Evil Dead franchise. I was completely wrong. Sabre created a really great asymmetrical horror experience, The game launched pretty dry on content, but anyone trying the game now has a great roster of characters and gameplay experiences. In terms of gaming, this game is one of my biggest surprises. I received for free over the holidays via epic games free voucher and I still play it weekly 5 months later. If you need a break from DBD, give this game a try. Be warned though, it's hard to go back after feeling the adrenaline of actually fighting off the thing hunting you, instead of running away.
