Evil Genius is a game Elixir Studios, published by Vivendi Universal Games, and now owned by Rebellion Developments. It was released in 2004, but it has stood the test of time to be one of my all time favorite games. Inspired by spy thrillers like James Bond, it is set in an alternative 1960's/70's era, and plays a lot like Dungeon Keeper.
