Here it is. I was nominated to do the ALS ice bucket challenge last night, and I complied.
Nominations: My sister, her husband, two of my cousins, my dad, Sorcereo, Velosta, Bell, Blacknirvash, and Warrmachine.

While this is for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, other organizations are needing help as well. Such as the National MS Society, Wounded Warriors and Hidden Wounds. Let's do what we can to help not only those with these diseases, but also aid our veterans with their wounds, be it physical or mental.
