12This is a tool-assisted speedrun. This demo was built frame-by-frame in XDRE 2.20. Smooth playback is on and pain screen effects are off.
This route takes advantage of a rocket jump you can make near the beginning to put yourself in the yellow key area immediately, thereby skipping nearly the whole map.
This jump is possible without the rocket, but requires you to go up the stairs a little further, then SR50 back. I tested both methods and 0:19 seconds is achievable with both, but I prefer this one.
