Eviternity Map 1 UV-Speed 0:18.89 [TAS]
This demo was built using XDRE 2.20.
Mostly just wanted to see if 18 was possible. The thingrunning trick is something I don't totally understand but, aside from the obvious component of momentum accumulation, I think you pick up enough speed to get over the gap largely after falling from the red teleporter to the ground (Z axis values 72 to 64) since you pick up a little speed when running down stairs. I had a bit of a play with it and just got it to the point where I knew I could get under :19 with it, but surely a faster one is possible, and I might have gone for it if I understood how to do it more efficiently. Even with a faster one, I am sceptical that 0:17 is possible but would of course love to be wrong.
I spent about two hours experimenting with wallrunning at the very beginning before the pathway begins to curve before arriving at the conclusion that simply running forwards is faster (well, I'm 90% sure anyway). Bit of a shame if only for the fact that a wallrun there would have looked cooler IMO, but faster is faster!
Also, my previous 0:19 tas was built using the wrong complevel before I had much of a clue about complevels and xdre, but this is the correct complevel 11.
