Welcome to GamerU tips, tricks and tutorial videos. In this video I’ll briefly go over How to use the Assault class in Evolve. When playing as the Assault class it is your job to do the most damage to the monster.
The assault class is the muscle of the group and will always have the weapons that will do the most damage to the monster. Every assault character will have a personal shield which will soak up any damage that would have been done to the character.
Each character will also come with a primary weapon which will deal a lot of damage at close range and a secondary weapons which will do less damage but can be used at longer distances. They will also come with some sort of ability, grenade, or mine that will help in the fight against the monster.
All assault characters will need to use their primary weapon up close to do the most damage to the monster.Remember not to use your personal shield too soon. You must keep track of your health and only use it when absolutely necessary.
Make sure to communicate and work together with the support and medic so you can do the most damage to the monster.
If the assault hunter is taken out almost none of the other hunters have the weapons strong enough to do that much damage to the monster. As with all of the other hunters it is key to learn how to time the use of your weapons and abilities to be the most effective you can be as the assault hunter. Good Luck!
