Hello again & Welcome back to GamerU. Let's get right into it, this time we are talking about How to use the Trapper class in Evolve. When playing as the trapper it is your job is to track, trap, and slow down the monster.Each trapper will come with a mobile arena which will trap the monster and force it to fight.
The faster you track down and trap the monster the easier it will be to defeat. Ideally you want to find and trap the monster while he is still in stage 1 or 2. He will be a lot easier to defeat. Its not impossible to beat the monster at stage 3 but it is very difficult. Not only will the monster have more health and armor at stage 3 it will have stronger attacks.
Each trapper will have one primary weapon which will not be very strong its mainly for defense against the other wildlife in the area. The trapper will also come with a way to slow down or control the monster.
The trapper will also have another way to track down the monster with either a weapon, device, or animal. When in a fight with the monster the most important thing for the trapper to be doing is slowing down the monster. You should only try to damage the monster when you have already slowed him down except for when you play as Griffin.
His smg doesn't do much damage to the monster so you should focus on using his harpoon gun only in combat. Well, that’s it for now. Thanks again and check GamerU for more tips on Evolve.
