In Part 1, Marakar will play as China factions only and ExCaL plays as GLA factions. In Part 2, ExCaL will play as China factions only and ExCaL plays as China factions.
The China player picks all maps (from popular ranked maps) and army first, with the GLA player then picking his army to counter. GLA has two map vetoes and the players have to circle through there factions. Marakar will be playing as China first with ExCaL^ taking GLA.
