5Concept. This method allows to generate random number in a range of numbers. Here we use 'if' with a combination of 'randbetween'.

Why it is here? Well, this was needed in project my brain tried to deal with. Due to the thing, that majority useS 'if' with text only.
!NB — some stuff might be changed due to excel version, so, the main thing you should know is this:
• Если = If, СлучМежду = RandBetween, the rest might be the same (believe so)
